Our Body Butter is a blend of tallow with organic hempseed oil, which makes it easily spreadable over larger areas of the body. It is a great full body moisturiser.

We choose organic gold hempseed oil as it is often used for its benefits to inflamed, reactive or redness-prone skin. It also has an incredibly sustainable supply chain, with a very low carbon footprint and low waste.

Because it is not whipped, it carries a rich and deep nourishing effect. If you want something lighter, go for our Whipped Tallow Balm. 

A floral essential oil blend gives it a soothing scent. If you're after something with no essential oils, check our Original Tallow Balm and Whipped Tallow Balm. 
Ingredients

Our hero ingredient.

Naturally rich in skin-loving fatty acids including palmitic and stearic acids. Tallow helps soften the skin, lock in moisture and support the skin’s natural barrier.

Its naturally stable fatty acid profile also makes it well suited to simple, water-free skincare formulations. We source grass-fed and finished beef tallow and slowly purify it in small batches to create a rich, nourishing base without the need for synthetic fillers.

Organic hempseed oil is a lightweight, nutrient-rich oil naturally high in essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6.

It gives the balm a smooth, creamy texture and helps it spread easily across the skin.

Hempseed oil is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and helps nourish and soften the skin while supporting the skin’s natural moisture barrier without leaving a heavy, greasy feel. We also love hemp for its sustainability: it is a fast-growing, resource-efficient crop with very little waste.

How to use

Scoop with fingers, smoosh between hands and apply to the whole body. Get the most out of its moisturising effects by applying on slightly damp skin after a rinse.

Such beautiful quality tallow at good price. I love that the products are simple, with no unnecessary extras.
